For the last few days I have not been receiving any emails through Thunderbird, and whatever I sent appeared to go through, but with the prompt that a copy was unable to be saved to my Sent folder.
I'm with Virgin Media and assumed that this was some kind of outage and/or upgrading that was only affecting the weekend, but now It's Tuesday and still nothing.
Which is when I had my stupid brainwave...
Maybe the Inbox is somehow corrupted, so I went to "Properties", clicked "Repair Folder", and now every message in my Inbox is completely gone!
However, I went into my ImapMail folder and I can see that the "Inbox" file still exists, so I'm wondering how I can somehow re-integrate or re-install it into Thunderbird?
I'm using Virgin Media, and ESET Smart Security, if you need to know things like Server or Security settings, I'll try to find these out (though I haven't changed any of these).
Help much appreciated!
