This is the corrrect place but unfortunately, I don't think it's possible. Not without hacking some of the lower-level stuff anyway. I can't see any way to add new timezones from the pretty Web-based GUI Administration Area.

Hi, this just a minor thing, but would it be possible to add another timezone to the list when editing the user profile - "GMT + 13 hours" ? Currently in New Zealand we are 13 hours ahead of GMT, so the time displayed in the forum is an hour out (currently set at +12 hrs). I hope this is the correct place to ask this :)
