The wiki was down for a while again but is back up. Seems faster too.

They fixed it.

Looks like there is a problem again.

the KB did come back up , for how long i dunno, but as Waits48 or whatever the nickname is mentioned it had gone down, thats the only time i had noticed

They replied on 5/11 that:

"I can't keep the system up longer than about 6 hours. I was able to pull a filesystem backup, but I need to get a proper mysql dump (I think) so I'll have to go in again and do that later this week. I need to see what we can do as far as alternative hosting options."

https://cachedview.com is a good way to access a cached copy of MozillaZine KB pages in the interim. If you're using a chrome based browser the search result will also have a three vertical dot widget that you can click on to access google's cache of the web page.

I submitted a ticket to OSU about the wiki being unreachable, and got a reply. A power supply died and the next scheduled visit to the data center is Thursday. They'll fix it then (unless they have some reason to visit the data center earlier).
