Unable to login or reset my password, how do I do it?

Talk about stuff specific to the site -- bugs, suggestions, and of course praise welcome.

When I try to logon, it tells me that I have exceeded the number of logon attempts. When I try to have my password reset, it tells me that no such email exists. When I try to register, it tells me the email is already in use. I feel like I am stuck in an endless loop.

My email is rubatoguy at comcast dot net and my userid is Rubatoguy.

Hmm your rubatoguy account was registered back in 2005 and was never activated? as back then you needed to click a activation link in email sent. The account is Activated now.
