RSS feed missing date

the RSS feed:
http://www.mozillazine.org/contents.rdf

is missing a last modified date.

Otherwise I cant include it into Blogupdates:
http://gemal.dk/mozilla/blogupdates.html

prehaps i should make a new topic for this but how can i make a style sheet for rss feeds that dont have any?
