Weird, I tried example@riseup.net and got the same message. I cannot find it blocked in the list. What is the username you used before?

My old mail was thuraht at lavabit dot com but as it got slammed by NSA I had to find another safe email provider and found riseup.net.

The user name has always been the same: ThurahT

I'll want for James to solve the riseup.net mystery. He seems to be better at this than the rest of us.

Is mZ blocking riseup.net? If not; why can't I change it?

TIA!

*@riseup.net was indeed in the email ban list as I unbanned it so you should be able to use a @riseup.net email address now.

I generally do not ban emails to avoid this issue except when it was a obvious spam one like for porn or replica something or a unique domain being used by a multiple spam account creator for example which has not happened for a few years now.

Hi, I'm having login issues my username is Onum and my registered email is onumnos at yahoo dot com.

On attempted login I get the username/password is incorrect, if I use forgot password or resend activation email links my username or email isn't recognised.

If I try and re-register with the same email I get a "That email is already in use" message.

It worked a few months ago.

Thanks

Hi,
Did you happen to use a different User Name at any time?
I got a return for a "vistapete" from that email address.
Try logging in with that UN.

I'm glad to see that you are now able to log in using that "vistapete" UN. :)

There is no account here with name of Onum.

Also if an account with that name did exist om forums.mozillazine.org, you would not have been able to use it while as a Guest poster.

To use this forum, you need several hundred emails, hundreds of Usernames as you will constantly come back to find you have been "deactivated" and trying to use a previous email or Username is totally useless.
So to keep using, you need to create a new email, and do it every time as you rarely will be able to get back on if you do not post weekly.

jagman, the only reason a username gets deactivated is due to spam attempt or email coming back as a busy spammer. Accounts are not deactivated due to any amount of inactivity on this forum. The Accounts from 2002 are still Active whether they are being used or not.

I guess you forgot about this back in January viewtopic.php?f=11&t=565792&p=14467151&hilit=jagman#p14467151
