More proof that the Granger15 account does not exist on
http://forums.mozillazine.org is you would not have been able to use it as a Guest poster if it was already in use by a registered account whether active or inactive.
This is not the place to ask for help with getting forum accounts activated for a completely separate forum which is

You need to contact that forum for help with your account. Also check the email address you used to register the account there as you should get a email with a activation link to activate the account on that forum.
