We don't delete accounts here but we can deactivate one that you don't choose to use. What's the user name for the account to be deactivated?

FIVE PAGES in and the OP still hasn't tried SafeMode or a new additional profile?
In my experience, letting an OP wander about on a thread is not the way to get problems solved. Some of these guys just want someone to write to them, but that isn't the role of Firefox Support volunteers.
Stick to proper troubleshooting methods or take it to PM.

The OP did report starting Firefox in Safe Mode.

i'm out of that farce. meanwhile i am not sure if i should take the given report as his, less similaritys and he could possible found it to make us/me quiet or satisfied. sorry for inconvenience.
