we are all entitled to voice them whether you like it or not.
Only up to a point. When voicing their opinions includes violating forum rules or posting only to foment conflict and promote competitive products then that entitlement ends.

im refering to as a Whole, not just internet/forum

And the same basic limitations apply. When, where, and how one chooses to voice their opinions can impact whether the person's expressions are deemed appropriate or not. Trolling on the Internet is just one example.
