would like to resurrect old email

Hello. Please pardon me if this post is inappropriate to this forum.

I have an old account here under a different e-mail address than I'm currently using here. However, due to bad habits and sloth, I have lost the password and the user name. Can I bother someone to tell me how to obtain this info or delete the account and start over? Thanks for any guidance.

You dont remember your old username or possibly the title og some old topics you have started?

If you can find some of these through google, you might find your old username and thereby old account

Yes, Loudnoise, thanks. That's the only string of the three that I remember. I do have the email (it's my primary e-mail) but no user name or pass. At the time I was using an algorithm to generate and forget (LOL) pass words.
