The problem there was not having a 'Unstickied' last post? That means it then vanishes straight to Page 50 instead of filtering down slowly.

I have it bookmarked so I can find it if necessary. The problem here was that I made it a fifteen day sticky rather than the usual 30 days.

No problem.
I'm wondering if we ought not to automatically do 60 day stickies these days? Have you noticed just how the slowly the Releases seem to trickle out and impact nowadays? That new search stuff originally hit ages back and seems to just rumble along even now. We've had that with a few things now.

I'll consider it but 30 days seems to be a good time span. If you watch that one you will see it is already gets fairly few hits a day. Most of the folks concerned about it have come by, insulted us, and either saw or have been directed to the fix by now. Besides, folks here will ask for it to be up again
dfoulkes suggested that we retitle the stickies by adding (ex-sticky) to make them easier to search. I thought that was a good idea and will start doing it.

Due to the length limit in the topic field I would have to change it to something like "Change Yahoo Search and how to use the New Search Bar." I think "Change Default Search and how to use the New Search Bar." is better.
