AFAIK, unless the forum has it as a "feature", then no.
There's no "RSS link/icon" to click on to add it.

I posted a link to phpbb forum that have rss feed and I thought thath also Mozillazine might enable it.

This has not really been requested for years and back in 2007 kerz himself said there was no big demand. viewtopic.php?f=11&t=531087
Besides he is not likely going to try and add anything with little demand for to forum when attempts to add mods in past did not always go well including a database crash.
