Assuming that the OP wants to have moziila know about his complaints, Makai's link points out that this isn't the place to complain. It won't do the OP any good.

Frank's second post is in reply to my post. It might give the OP a hint. "Firefox **** Up'." is something that we don't disbelieve but is something we can solve.

This place is just a little bit ridiculous. Your posts don't help him solve his problem at all (with the possible exception of Frank's FIRST post, but not his second one). You said that you took my reply out of that thread because it doesn't help Barabba solve his problem at all. So, what the hell kind of moderation is that? Selective? Are you playing favorites?

What I did is always VERY much appreciated on Overclock.net. Always. I can hardly wait to see Barabba's reactions, and then you'll start to understand why I wanted this post in that thread.

Y'know, in the short time that I've been here for the past few days, I have been reminded that the members here tend to treat others poorly, and the moderation on here is almost like playing a game of favorites.

The way that I've been treated so far makes me feel as though I'm actually being asked to get the hell out of here. So, maybe that's what I should do. Maybe I ought to tell the staff on Overclock.net that they are doing a far better job than they realize. The members over there don't tend to treat each other poorly, and the moderation is far better.

Most of what you have done here so far is appreciated and, given more examples, you might be much appreciated here. I am not certain why you are getting unhinged about this.

Barabba has one other post that was made back on March 17, 2015. In that particular thread he was told that this forum is not Mozilla. Despite him getting help in that thread, he never posted back to say if any of the suggestions helped or not. Back to today's thread, he goes off thinking this forum is Mozilla, yet again even though he was told that once before. What I'm getting at is, I personally doubt he will even come back and if he does, it will probably be not to either of his first two threads/posts, but instead will be another post ranting and blaming this forum, whom he thinks is Mozilla.

I made that clear several times now.

I've had just about all I can take. This is really stupid. You moderate my post with the reason given that it doesn't help Barabba solve his problem or answer his question, YET THE 3 POSTS IN THAT THREAD THAT I HAVE BEEN TALKING ABOUT ARE STILL THERE. Do they help him solve his problem or answer his question? No. So, why are they still there? Yours is one of them, LoudNoise.

It would have been nice if someone had said this 2 hours ago instead of allowing my time to be wasted like this.

Thank you for, Dartman.

Do you think that having this conservation here is a better idea then having it there?

No, you have gone ape about it several times now.

I've already explained why your post was rightly split off. I've also already asked you nicely to calm down, if you are incapable of doing that then you will also be incapable of doing it the next time some OP is going berserk in Support. As such, your future usefulness here is questionable.

Stop making fun of me and LISTEN for once. I will spell it out for you very plainly in hopes that maybe you'll get it this time.

1. Makaiguy's first post to that thread does not help Barabba solve his problem or answer his question, yet it's still sitting in that thread.
2. Your reply to that thread does not help Barabba solve his problem or answer his question, yet it's still sitting in that thread.
3. Frank Lion's reply to your post does not help Barabba solve his problem or answer his question, yet it's still sitting in that thread.
4. I make a post that doesn't help Barabba solve his problem or answer his question, YET IT GETS REMOVED AND MADE INTO ITS OWN THREAD. Um. What?!

I have explained this to you SEVERAL TIMES now. At first, it was just a little annoying and I figured that you'd understand the FIRST time that I explained it to you and I thought that you'd follow that by deleting these posts that don't help Barabba solve his problem or answer his question. Each time I had to explain this to you, it became more and more irritating because it seems that you are DELIBERATELY not listening. It seems to me that you are playing favorites. You keep coming up with dumb explanations for why these UNHELPFUL POSTS remain. They are no more helpful than mine was, yet mine was moderated. So again, WTF is this?

The reason why I have grown this irritated is, I KEEP HAVING TO EXPLAIN THIS TO YOU! Are you trolling me? I mean, what the hell? Do you think that this is funny? Are you using this to entertain yourself? WTF is the deal here?

LoudNoise, let me break it down. You're a moderator, so I'm expecting you to act like one. So far, it seems to me like you really don't care at all. I've made it extremely clear to you that those posts should not be in that thread because they are exactly as unhelpful as mine was for the EXACT SAME REASON why mine wasn't helpful, yet you sit there doing nothing about it while giving me these stupid responses as though you're just screwing with me for your own enjoyment.

Do you understand now? Are you going to make things fair now by deleting those posts in that thread, including yours? Or, are you going to continue finding ways to irritate me?

Oh, so I'm not smart now because I didn't think to look at his posts? I had no reason to.

I'm yelling at LoudNoise. This doesn't concern you, so see your way out, please.

My future usefulness won't be seen if I keep being treated like crap, which is what I'm getting right now. If you guys appreciate me in the LEAST, then please just listen to me. Give me a chance to speak about this instead of making me feel as though you guys are simply entertained by this and couldn't care less about how I feel.

Here we are, 2 and a half hours later and I still haven't been heard at ALL.

I decide what concerns me here, not you or, indeed, anyone else.

No, you haven't got your own way, there's a difference.

You're off base and getting further away. It has nothing to do about how smart/dumb you are. I was simply informing you of your capabilities. However, now you know for future reference that you can do that, it actually does help in knowing the history of the posts when helping someone. In general, it shows what kind of person at least through the forum you're dealing with. It's a nice bit of information for other members, but also for admins and moderators.

I knew how to do that already, Dartman. I'm not new to computers. I am one of the more computer-literate people on here.

When I see a person in need of help, my priority is helping them in the way that I can see a way for me to help. I'm not going to waste valuable time trying to study their posts unless I see very good reasons to. I do that from time to time on OCN (Overclock.net), and the reasons for why I do vary. I saw no reasons to look at any of his previous posts.

In this case, I anticipated that he would see makaiguy's post and angrily decide to NOT click the link because it doesn't help him solve his problem or answer his question. So, I decided to make it very simple by giving it to him straight, that, in a way, you can see this place as a fansite because that makes it very easy to understand that this is not the place to talk directly to Mozilla. That was my contribution, but it was taken away. I'm looking forward to posting it again if he is like, "How does that help me, makaiguy?" That's right, if he responds with something like that, I will just post the same thing again. If it gets moderated, then, well, I will never come back because that would show that I'm not wanted here.

There are still THREE other posts in that thread that are just as unhelpful as mine was deemed to be, yet they are still there even though I have spent the past 2 and a half hours (wait, three hours now) telling LoudNoise about it while he stubbornly refuses to listen to me. So far, it seems to me that I have been used as ENTERTAINMENT over the past 2 and a half hours (make that three), and that really pisses me off. What else am I supposed to think? No effort is being made to hear me, and all I get are these indifferent responses that make me feel as though I'm just amusing him. How would you react if you were in my shoes and seeing it this way and feeling like this?

At this point, all this stupid situation has done that LoudNoise created by moderating my post IN THIS MANNER while NOT moderating the OTHER posts that SHOULD have been moderated is made me look like someone I'm really not. I'm giving everyone the wrong impression of me because LoudNoise pissed me off more and more and more with each time I had to repeat myself while I was met with yet another response that showed me that he was putting ZERO EFFORT into hearing me or caring about what I was telling him. Then he had the balls to tell me that he didn't know why I am becoming so "unhinged", EVEN THOUGH I MADE IT EXTREMELY CLEAR SEVERAL TIMES.

Do you guys understand now how I've become so worked up? Yet, some of you still think that it's ok to respond to me in some very rude and condescending ways.

Like I said, if you people appreciate me in the LEAST bit, then I would like you to at least try to hear me out because this has reached an extremely ridiculous level here. It should not have gone past the very first time I told LoudNoise about the other 3 posts that should have been moderated as well, yet here we are nearly 3 hours later (it all started at around 8:30 my time and it's now almost 11:30) and all I've been able to do so far is spin my wheels. It's really irritating.
