Can't login or get password reset

I can't remember my username. But the URL I use is graham dot marriott AT tesco.net. I thought I new my password as I had made a note of it. But I just cannot get into the Firefox Forum. If I request an Email to that address I don't get one. But if I try to register under that address it says that this is in use on the Forums. (I wan't to post a question on Firefox as I keep getting a synchronisation error, which I haven't had before). So I really could do with some help to re-establish my user on this form. I think my username was either moriarty or something similar. (I didn't make a note of that - I tend to just use my Email address on most forums to log on, not a user name). Sorry to be such a nuisance. Many thanks in anticipation.
