What sort of man would put a known criminal in charge of a major branch of government? Apart from, say, the average voter.

Actually, the UA says "SeaMonkey/2.0.14 (Windows; U; Windows NT 5.1; en-US; rv:1.9.1.19) Gecko/20110420 Firefox/16.0" and is likely faked given its layout...

:oops: Sorry, I expect to find 'SeaMonkey/n.n.n' at or near the end of the string, so I didn't spot that!
