I would like to know on what savanna.mozillazine.org is about.

Looks like an inoperative site hosted on another server. There was some server changes in 2005 and looks as if it used during a changeover to another server.

Forums.mozillazine.org has always been in use.
There has been different changes over the earlier days. For example boards.mozillazine.org was a test or even temp board when forums.mozillazine.org was being upgrade.

Do you have any suggestions on what purpose of loading stuff from German is? would it be related to a tracking or malware activity?
