Cannot retreive/reset my password

I can no longer login. It says my password is wrong. When I try to retrieve the password, it says my account hasn't been activated and won't send it. When I try to create a new account it says my email address is already in use!
Can someone in charge look up the cjsmall account, reset the password and email it to me at the specified address. Or tell me whom to contact and I will email directly to them.

PS: Note that it will not let me post this message using the cjsmall Username, so I had to enter something else. Let's see if this works! :-/
