StartCom certs revoked, no longer a good S/MIME option

StartCom certs are no longer trusted -- they have been revoked. https://arstechnica.com/information-tec ... -for-good/
So they should be removed from this page: http://kb.mozillazine.org/Getting_an_SMIME_certificate
Ha, I had a student in my information security class go to cert.startcom.org, ignore the SSL warning, and request a personal S/MIME cert. Outlook complains that his signature could not be ultimately trusted. That will be a good object lesson next lecture.
