Don't know if this a FF issue or a mozillaZine board issue. If there is some code in a code-box that I want to copy then I click on the Code: SELECT ALL option. When I do that: (A) The code doesn't get selected. (B) The entire page jumps up to the top of page. Something wrong there. Any solutions? - Code: Select all
This is just a test Code entry. Click on SELECT ALL. Dang! Went straight to the top of the page.

Yep, it's the same way here, (and in Safe Mode) has been for a while... Improvise, adapt and move on... @You're already at the top of the page ?..better example, your code here.. viewtopic.php?p=14777671#p14777671

That happens if you don't have JS (JavaScript) enabled on a website.

Morat, by my reading of that thread it seems that this is a forum configuration problem Am I right in thinking that?
(I "file containing text" searched my profile folder and my FF install folder and can't find anything that corresponds to a snippet of the code that Alice0775 provides.)
If I am right in thinking this is a forum configuration problem then this problem was flagged by Alice0775 in March 2017 - and with a proposed solution. So now I wonder why the forum folks don't fix it?

Thanks, morat. kerz wrote:Lots to do, little time.
How long does it take to copy and paste a solution that someone else provided? (Can't use CODE: SELECT ALL of course, so I guess that's a bit of an awful time-consuming downer.) What are we waiting on? A Leap Year with a whole extra day to fill in?
