this afternoon (germany) i noticed a heavy delay and "too many connections" on sql for this forum, could not really read or post.
not often but i saw this before here. i hope forum health is well and this was not an attack (flooding/ddos) to gain access on acp.

anybody get the sql server error "to many connections" like me this morning--could not get here for over an hour, so stopped trying until, 1:30 PM EST

The forum is hosted at Oregon University with a fair few other open source projects and sometimes (rarely) you get the sql errors thrown. Kerz will have been aware of it
