Unable to login

I just spent ten minutes going round in circles unable to log in, for the first time, due to repeated blockages. The system fails to make clear what is and is not case-sensitive.
Apparently, you just changed your Password.
Did you forget it?
Henry13 is still activated & the email is...

Tried clearing the cache & cookies for the site?
