can't login or reset password

I can't login or reset my password. My user name is filbert and my email address is either filbert at beta .co.uk or peter.tootill at beta .co.uk.

I get a response about it not being found and then too may attempts when I retry. I've been trying on and off for days (now that I've finally found out what the number of letters question means).

Can someone assist?

There is a forums.mozillaZine.org account here with the username of filbert however the email starts with hazelett@ and all three posts were made in 2004 in viewtopic.php?f=7&t=65601

Neither email address you mentioned is attached to any account on forums.mozillaZine.org

Perhaps you are in the wrong forum as https://support.mozilla.org/en-US/user/filbert does have the filbert email address in use.

Thanks, I did use haskett AT gmail DOTcom (not hazellet) for a while (I still have access to that email account). Otherwise, if any posts date back that long (and that thread might have been mine, I can't remember), then there's no reason not to recreate a profile.

It's odd as LastPass has an entry for http://forums.mozillazine.org with a username of peter.tootill AT beta DOT co DOT uk. I am aware of the difference between the two sites.

Thanks for your trouble. I'll use filbert42 and set up a new account. Obviously, manage to bumble along without the need to use the forum of I'd have been back since 2004...

The filbert account on mozillaZine forum has not had any changes to account since it was made as it still only has a @uoneuro.uoregon.edu email in use.

The only account here that has a email with @beta.co.uk domain is your new filbert42 account.

There is 789 accounts here with peter* at start of the username but none with *tootill in username
