Possible duplicate registration

I was looking around my User Control Panel and happened to notice that the associated email address is 10 years out of date. I attempted to change it but was told that the new one was already in use, making me suspect that I may have registered twice in error, but I don't know what the other user name might be.

I will not post details in public, but would appreciate some advice please.

Have tried it several times and still getting a response of:

"The entered e-mail address is already in use."

OK, I have located it by searching many pages of the members list and this is the other account that I suspected existed.

NB: We only "de-activate" Accounts...not delete them & no personal info. is kept.

This "problem" has been cleared up.
So this thread is getting locked to stop any spam from accumulating, unnecessarily.
