General Error page question

Although I am certain that this is not a new concern, whenever I log into my account here, and attempt to click on link to view my posts, I insteasd am getting a general Error page, with the following shown -

SQL ERROR [ mysql4 ]
Expression #1 of ORDER BY clause is not in SELECT list, references column 'mozine_forums.t.topic_last_post_time' which is not in SELECT list; this is incompatible with DISTINCT [3065]
An SQL error occurred while fetching this page. Please contact the Board Administrator if this problem persists.

Can someone explain this to me, as well as why they are still using mysql4??
Elsewise, how can I get in touch with these 'Board Administrators' mentioned??
