Its a known problem that we don't have the ability to fix at the moment due to our admin being unreachable. OSL Labs (who provide us free hosting) is trying fix it but it will take a while as the student working on it isn't currently available.
I suggest you edit the URL to use a insecure connection (what I do, i.e. connect to http://forums.mozillazine.org) or try a different browser (doesn't make a difference for me but that workaround works for others).
