^ I suggested the OP register so the thread can be moved to M'Tech. I suspect the OP may have more deep-seated issues with Active Directory than users being able to install Firefox....

I can't logon. I get several error messages. When I try to register all over again I get the following:

Sorry, but this e-mail address is invalid.
Sorry, but this username has already been taken.

My email address IS VALID.

Of course the username (Alchemyst) is already taken BYE ME.

Alchemyst - check your e-mail. I reset your password and sent it to you. You will want to change it.
