Forum icons not working?

Great forums!

Am I the only one with this problem? The icons on the forum index only ever show the "No New Posts" image (the white image). Occasionally I get the animated version. I never get the yellow ones showing which forums (fora?) have actual new posts).

I'm using Phoenix 0.4 on Windows XP (SP1)

Wouldn't you know it, I think they've started working now!!

Is it that you have to be logged in?
