Camino 2.1b2 RC, please test [do not post to update sites]

We have the first (and hopefully only) release candidate build for Camino 2.1b2 ready now. Please help us test this build and report any problems (particularly any reproducible crashes or regressions from 2.1b1) that you find.

So far so good. And the problem with the scroll bar in Lion seems to be fixed.

Tested the "Check for Updates" using Camino 2.1 b1 under Mac OS 10.6.8; it does not find the new RC, FWIW.

It won't; with the exception of the Camino 2.0 RC after it had already received a few days of testing from forum users, we don't put release candidates into software update.

And there will be an RC3 sometime next week, once Mozilla gets its act together with the Gecko fixes…

By the way.....
One can still use Reinhold Penner's; "Camino Knight[" http://web.mac.com/reinholdpenner/Software/CaminoKnight.html
to update to the latest nightly build.
You do have to toggle the "Nightly Build" to "User defined build" and paste in the URL (one time only) and voila, it automatically loads and will revert to your "custom theme (developed with his Caminicon)" http://web.mac.com/reinholdpenner/Software/CaminIcon.html automatically.
