auto input password doesn't

Hello: keychain & camino's ability to automatically fill in a password from their own files doesn't seem to work for the password for my bank. never has worked. true also for safari (won't fill in w/stored pw). wonder why. Does work only for firefox (& wonder why it works there). Any answers to this? Thank you.

What bank?

Does setting wallet.crypto.autocompleteoverride to true via about:config make any difference? (More on that here: http://kb.mozillazine.org/Wallet.crypto ... teoverride .)

Thank you for reply, CFLawson. Setting that about:config as you said made no difference (quit & reopened camino to be sure, then rechecked, no change).

I prefer not to state the bank. (If I wish, I can use FF where the pw saving does work).

Without an example where it's failing, I'm afraid that's about all the help I (or anyone else) can provide.
