Why won't my Camino 2.1.2 open .pdf downloads?

Most likely you recently installed an update to Adobe Acrobat/Adobe Reader, which ships with a PDF plug-in that is almost entirely broken.

You can either
1) remove AdobePDFViewerNPAPI.plugin from /Library/Internet Plug-ins/ and restart Camino, or
2) set the camino.disabled_plugin_names hidden pref in Camino to "Adobe Acrobat NPAPI Plug-in" (no quotes), or
3) Install a nightly build of what will become Camino 2.1.3, where we block the broken Adobe plug-in from loading.
