Retina support

Will there be HiDPI "retina display" support for the new Apple Macbook Pro?

Camino will still run on those machines. Assuming something has to be done to support retina displays, it certainly won't happen with the current (camino 2.1.x) code base. An hypothetical Camino.next will certainly support those displays.

I think it means there would be buttons etc in 2x the size (48x48 and 64x64 px?), while webcontent is displayed at 2x standard, something Camino aready can do. Also support for images on the web that has an alternate 2x size, but I think that is a CSS question.

Actually, the text is retinal already in Camino, looks nice. The images are slightly better but not full retinal.

I suppose you mean the UI images (toolbar buttons, etc). Follow along in bug 766015 and its dependencies.
