When is it necessary to reset Camino from the Camino drop down list? Should I be doing it or not? Every night before I shut down I clear the history and cache in Preferences. I've been doing this for over 4 years when I got my first Mac and haven't had a problem and have never done a reset. So is a reset necessary at any time?
thanks for a reply

Re: Reset Camino
To quote the dialog that comes up when you select that item:
Unless you have a reason to be doing that, you don't have much reason to use it.

Resetting Camino will erase your browsing history, empty the cache, clear downloads, clear all cookies and site cookie permissions, and remove any passwords Camino saved in your Keychain.
You cannot undo this action.

Re: Reset Camino
Okay, thanks for the reply. I will just disregard the reset Camino and leave well enough alone. Like I said I clear the history and the cache nightly.
