Hello,
I'm using Camino with satisfaction, but, today I had this problem: I needed to make a payment for a car rental on a site (http://www.enoleggioauto.it traveljigsaw) which was defined untrusted by Camino and asked to click on a confermation button, in case I wanted to open it all the same. I did that but nothing happened and I could not end my transaction. The same problem arose when I tried to do the same by means of Safari browser, so I was obliged to do that with my daughter's PC, with Linux and Firefox. This last attempt was successful.
I wonder why I could not do the same neither with Camino nor with Safari.
Best Regards,
Alberto

Re: Problem with an "untrusted site"
It's unclear just from looking at the site how you arrived at the SSL error page ("untrusted site" warning), which is part of the issue. If I try to visit https://www.enoleggioauto.it I'm able to successfully add the exception, but there is no content on https://www.enoleggioauto.it (just a 403 Forbidden page from the server).
At one point we did have a bug with adding SSL exceptions for frames, but we fixed that before Camino 2.0 was released. It's possible there's some other edge case we aren't aware of, or there's some problem specific to your situation.
Have you been able to add SSL exceptions successfully in the past? (Security preferences, "Edit Security Exceptions" will show a list of added exceptions) If you've never had to do this in the past, you can test by trying to add an exception for https://wiki.caminobrowser.org/ (delete it once you're done testing).

Re: Problem with an "untrusted site"
Hello,
I could go all around in the site www.enoleggioauto.it without problems. The problem arose when, after choosing the car, enoleggioauto redirected me (for the payment) to another site (I partially remember its name as there was the word "traveljigsaw" on it). In that very moment appeared the "untrusted site warning" to which I replied (by clicking on a button) that I was aware of the risk and wanted to go on, obtaing a blank page and nothing else (impossible to go on). The same happened to me using the Safari browser.
As for editing the security exceptions my attempt of adding https://wiki.caminobrowser.org/ to them failed as it was impossible to me writing down in the window that appeared after: Preferences > Security > Edit Securuty Exceptions ... (that windows was empty as no exceptions were in it. I realized immediateli that it was impossible to write it it and, in order to close it I had to click on the button "Done".
Best Regards
P.S.
My Camino version is 2.1.2

Re: Problem with an "untrusted site"
Hello,
As a beginner in such things, I was expecting that it was possible to add an exception by typing the URL of the site directly in the box that appears when you click on the button "Edit Security Exceptions".
It is evident, instead, that you only can add exceptions when, trying to open a certain site, you obtain the message that tells you that site is an untrusted one, and so I did adding the site you suggested me (I could open it) and afterwards deleting it according to the procedure you suggested me.
Best Regards

Yeah, that's for your own protection; being able to add exceptions willy-nilly would be an enormous security flaw.
