Creating Skins

Ok, I was going to try my hand at creating some skins. So I went to the link about the most current about how to skin in Mozilla and I was hoping it would work for Phoenix. I can get other skins to install and work fine, but no matter what I do to try and figure out how to edit the classic skin, none of my changes take effect. I've done everything right as far as I can tell. I unzipped the .jar file into the right directory, I changed the install-chrome file, but still none of my changes will work. Cound anyone help me? Is it because it is classic/skin/classic/global? That's what is in the install-chrome file though.

1 This ought to be in a Phoenix forum, if you're trying to skin Phoenix

2 Phoenix has a difference in it's themes

browser/
browser/browser.css ... etc

which is where changes need to be made

otherwise theming Phoenix is not that different
