Where is xul.css??

Where exactly is this "XUL.css" file?? I looked, but couldnt find it.

You're asking for

<Mozilla dir>/chrome/toolkit.jar!/content/global/xul.css

I suppose?

Yeah I guess. When you look at the css properties of some elements in the DOM Inspector, it shows XUL.css as the file that defines the appearance of the elements. So I was looking for that file. But if it is in toolkits.jar, I cannot really package it as part of my theme can I?

No, but you you should be able to override everything in there from other CSS files. As I understand it, xul.css only delivers a basic configuration.
