Create/Modify Themes: where to start

Hi all,

I can't find any updated resource for themes (dir structure/file distribution/format...). Could someone point me to.

I wonder how people can create themes without these kind of docs. Or you have to closely follow the devevelopment process of Mozilla in order to do it?

What you have to do right now is extract the jar files and then go through them by hand, opening the css files in a css editor and modify the images in an image editor.

If chameleon was resumed again, that would be the easiest way to genereate themes, but as it is, you're stuck doing it manually.
