Mozilla themes for Netscape 7

Post by mozDude »

The Netscape Theme Park site still talks about creating NS 6 themes! How pathetic!! I thought maybe us theme makers should consider making the themes compatible with NS 7 as well...poor thing, it hardly has any themes! What would it take to do that? Anyone knows?

Afterall, Netscape did give birth to Mozilla...maybe we should do this as a good gesture? Anyone think so? I personally dont use NS anymore. I use Mozilla and sometimes Phoenix. Rarely IE- only when I have to visit an MS site. I wouldnt mind doig some extra work to make it compatible with NS 7.

compare your theme with a Netscape supporting theme, like [plug] Orbit *

alternatively compare Skypilot's many versions, Moz-specific and N7-specific, for the differences, which are few, but occasionally unusual, if Netscape didn't add 'silly' things to Moz, we wouldn't have to worry :P

What changes do you have to make to a theme to make it compatible with NS7?

I am interested in witing themes (or @ least modify existing onles to have NS7 versions)

I don't know why all the moz themes don't work with Phoenix.
