In maximised mode, my window controls (Tiger SP) only show on the Nav bar with direct mouseover, but are other hidden. It's a great solution and also a damn complicated one to get right across all platforms.

Are your tabs supposed to be leaping above and below the Nav bar like that? On XP, they are staying on the bottom.
