Broken links to themes?

Did a reinstall of Phx and went to pull Chimera from texturizer.net, but the link seems to be broken. I just get an indication that it's not a valid install package. Trying the link directly to the file doesn't work either.

Link to Phusion doesn't work either. Haven't checked any others yet. I don't think it's a texturizer problem, but I wanted to point it out.
