Mouse-over blue glow on buttons

How do you change the colour of the glow?

Do you have a link? Is it your page and you want to implement glow or is it somewhere else and you just want to change the color of the glow?

I made an update to a theme and was thinking about changing the colour of the mouse-over glow on

the toolbar icon buttons ( aka home,reload buttons)

But if you use (icon and text) it goes away any how.

I was short on time and did not explain very well.

When you say "update to a theme" that is an extremely vague statement that can mean almost anything. Please be precise. Are you talking about a proper Firefox Theme? a Persona? a userChrome hack? a Stylish userStyle? if it's a proper Theme, which one?

You may need to look at box-shadow and figure out what makes them look like glow.

Thanks the theme I updated was 4scape to N2Scape so it will work on Firefox v15 to 19

I decided not to play with the glow.
