^Let's hope they see it. Thunderbird's not as widely used as Firefox is, so I don't know how many have gotten their themes ready for the release. To be honest, the release kind of took me by surprise.

There was a change in one of the IDs. PM me with your e-mail address and I'll send you a "View Headers Toggle Button" that will work.

EDIT: It appears that this extension was recently updated by its author.

Just drag it off the toolbar... right-click on the button, select Customize, drag the button into the Customize Toolbar window.

The button I'm referring to is in the message header area. In the same vicinity as #msgHeaderView { or #expandedHeaderView in css. I can't right click on it or drag it anywhere.

The header button (twisty?)I found as .expandHeaderViewButton changes the triangle next to the Subject: line but any idea what the other one is called that expand and collapses the To: line?
