I must mention that the small icons mode was... well... slightly overlooked in this release, it will be back to "normal" next release.

nice theme. the only con is that the M logo in the upper right corner is quite big and it unnecessarily bloats the menubar height.

Usually in the Mozilla browser that's on the same bar as the Address bar is. So moving it there should fix that.
