although now a mid-Feb 2010 release of FF 3.6.2 is no longer a reality. plans of an FF 3.6.2 release seem to be put on hold at the moment as there are no candidate builds of them available yet.

I would think he knows this common knowledge by now as he posted this originally on day of Firefox 3.6 release.

Plus I had PM'd patrick the answer on that day as to not hijack this thread from it's intended purporse -- to log changes that affect theme development for Firefox 3.6.
