If you have a working extension you zip (not rar not ace nor anything else but the basic zip) the contents of the folder of the extension, including sub folders and sub paths (not full path). Rename it with a .xpi extension instead of .zip.

You can use extension id in email format extensionname@organization.tld or extensionname@yourname

But if you prefer GUID format

as the error says "not a valid GUID"
try
<em:id>orkutmanager swarnava </em:id>
or
<em:id>{e242aed6-3777-4f98-9213-1e7333b41e7}</em:id>
neither really guarantee of uniqueness but first looks better
