Preferences Toolbar like Mozilla

It wasn't designed for phoenix so some things don't work. See http://www.mozillazine.org/talkback/rea ... =185&t=157

i remember using it.. and liking it.. and didnt really notice any major drawbacks..

tho right now i use the QuickPref button.. much more convenient.

Some changes introduced in 0.4 caused it to break; there's a fix for the invisibility problem floating around, as mentioned in the cited thread. QuickPref also has a few problems (in 0.4).
