This extension is long abandoned by its creators - https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/taboo/.
I used it a lot with firefox 3.6 but i upgraded and the addon in not compatible with the versions above 3.6.
I am willing to pay to someone who can update the addon.

Re: I want to hire developer who can update incompatible add
I suspect it was abandoned because it's features are largely redundant to Tab Groups:
http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/tab ... anize-tabs
http://support.mozilla.org/en-US/kb/tab ... anize-tabs
Tip of the day: If it has "toolbar" in the name, it's crap.

I do not agree. Tab groups and Taboo had a different purpose and usage.

Hi mark_jd!
I also faced with the problem when one have so many tabs open that he can't even see the titles, or he have to scroll back and forth on the tab bar.
Even I thought forward somehow to mark tabs being numbered for ordering to read them later and adding a possibility for writing some informal comments to them. There is also an extension for some kind of it.. However as per my remembering that doesn't work with my favorite tab-mix plus. In summary to choose the best ones and using all them together a bit crazy and very slow down Firefox.
I looked after your claimed https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/taboo/ which I haven't try yet, and I also did not hack already for working on above 3.6.
I can partly agree with patrickjdempsey post that of, for visualizing of opened tab groups the preview are partly built in Firefox new versions. And there is also a very good extension for saving the tab groups into the built in firefox sessionstore and bookmark storage https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefo ... oups-menu/ which also does even more useful else functionality. But that is true, the latter alone doesn't resolve the problem fully as written above. I suppose also, coming up the tab-groups any versions may cause why 'taboo' became somehow considered by the developers to be abandoned.
Because of your claim intercepts with mine, I dropped you an email in this regard. Just answer me if you are interesting.

Did you notice that the post prior to yours in this topic was from 2013? It doesn't appear that there is a lot of interest in the subject.
