Xulrunner 39 sdk missing xpcomglue_s_nomozalloc.lib

Hi,

The xulrunner 39 sdk, is missing the xpcomglue_s_nomozalloc.lib, anyone knows why ?

See Bug 1168291 mozalloc.lib is missing in xulrunner-39.0b1.en-US.win32.sdk

It seems the xpcomglue_s_nomozalloc.lib file is missing from SDK 40 as well. How can I change my build settings or project to compile, or where can I get this file?
