Last Pass deactivated

Post by wallythekat »

For some reason my master last Pass password doesn't work. I tried using the one I always use and the add on has been deactivated. I want to change my master password. How would I do that and reactivate the add-on. [I have received the e-mail from Last Pass with the hint ... but the corresponding password no longer works]

thanks

Walt

After three failed attempts to access my Last Pass account the security kicked in and shut access down. How can I re-establish my Last Pass add-on?

thanks

I think this is an issue to ask the lastpass support team. I have no idea how to respond this as an addon developer.

LP is more than an add-on, it's almost a standalone program. LP has its own forum here:
https://forums.lastpass.com/viewforum.php?f=12
Unfortunately, the PW is the same as the one you use with the program, which doesn't work. But you might find your answer already here without posting yourself:

This is their wiki, and you probably can find your answers here too: https://helpdesk.lastpass.com/
