will be password exporter bring to firefox quantum?

i 'm stuck at firefox 56.0.2
and i won't update
i need password exporter , i don't want to use online service or way to import or export my password

is there a hope to see password exporter for firefox quantum ? to export and import passwords?

Edit:

There’s no passwords API at the moment, and it’s unclear if there will be. So, at least for now, there is no way to port Password Exporter so it works on Quantum.

yes , i have read it before
but many users talks about bookmarks and tirty part sofware , that can't import or export passwords
