Blocking an element with ADP

I am using Firefox Ver 56.0b12 with AdblockPlus but it does not seem to prevent showing up. I have tried AdblockPlus and userContent.css but neither work. "I often take a very long windy road to my destination. When I arrive I often wonder how I missed the shortcut".
